About me
I’m Sophia, founder of Agentic Formula.
I started Agentic Formula because I was trying to work out where AI could genuinely improve a business, rather than simply add more tools, complexity or noise.
Like many founders, I could see hundreds of possible uses for AI. What was harder to find was clear evidence of what businesses had actually built, how they had set it up and what results they achieved.
Each week, I spend hours digging into what they did to use AI within their business, which parts of the system made the biggest difference, what worked and what did not.
My background
I’ve spent more than a decade building and operating businesses.
I’m the founder of an events marketplace and software platform for local businesses. Running a real business means dealing with the same operational challenges many growing companies face: sales follow-up, manual administration, messy data, reporting bottlenecks, customer communication and wanting to do more than our team is able to.
This gives us the opportunity to test AI directly within a real business and report on the results.
